Neck Exercises
3- Place your hand on the left side of your head and without allowing the head to move, apply some pressure to your head until you feel the left side neck muscles tightening.
4- Place your hand on the back of your head and without allowing your head to move, apply some pressure to the back of your head until you feel the back neck muscles tightening. Hold for the count of ________ then relax.
