Shoulder Exercises 1 Stand with the feet slightly apart to give you good balance.
3 Still in the same position, swing the arm tracing a circle in the air.
4 Bend the arm at the elbow and place the hand on the shoulder, draw a circle in the air as large as possible with the elbow. Circle in both directions.
